Network design

We work together with the arquitectural design to study the best communication options, making a wifi coverage map and designing the Access Point placement together with the wired connections to provide a stable and secure network. We look for the best placement for the equipment and centralize the devices to reduce the solution footprint.

Home automation design

We analize the house orientation, and together with the owners, review the posibilities to automate and control. Depending on the home use, an optimal solution will be designed, to be aligned with the people living in the house. It is not the same to design and experience for vacational housing or a main residence, where the same devices works in differente ways. Thanks to the flexible nature of the solution, all can be managed with no issues.

Network and Home Automation installation

We work together with the existing electrician teams, installing the communication and the smart devices. We adapt to the existing installation plan to minimize the complexity and impact on the schedules.

Remote support after installation

We include the first year remote support on the instalation. If something is not working as intended or it is neccessary to reconfigure the devices we will do it in a remote fashion. In case of device failure or malfunction we will go onsite to make the device repairs or changes. If new devices are needed and are supported by tyhe solutions, we will help the owners to add and configurate them. This service can be extended in a yearly fashion under owner approval.
